Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

If you're not satisfied with your BBQ Hack product (within 7 days of receiving it), the customer must pay for return shipping, and once the product is received and inspected, we will refund your purchase. If the product is used, we will not issue a refund.

International Orders: We do not offer refunds for international orders.

Promotional Periods: We will not refund the difference between promotional periods or accept returns motivated by promotional pricing.
